Meet the Team

Brett Clements
Principal Osteopath

Brett’s passion for Osteopathy began over 20 years ago after he graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Health Science.

With a particular interest in neck pain and headaches, his thesis researched the best methods for treatment and management of these conditions.  As a result, he developed specialised techniques to address these concerns.

Brett treats a range of conditions, including:

  • Mechanical neck and lower back pain

  • Complex and challenging biomechanical imbalances

  • Acute strains associated with sports injuries

  • Ongoing management of longstanding complaints; and

  • Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) or jaw pain.

Brett’s effective treatments are based on structural and functional Osteopathic techniques, which involve the targeted utilisation of joint mobilisation, soft-tissue, muscle energy and functional techniques.  His keen interest in new developments within the manual therapy profession led him to extend his expertise in dry needling.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys golf, functional training and running.

Alex Eade
Senior Osteopath

Alex completed a Bachelor of Health Science at La Trobe University in 2013, followed by a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2018.

His interest in health and physical performance began whilst playing competitive football, where he constantly strove to get the most out of his body.  He received Osteopathy for several injuries he incurred and discovered just how effective it was for his physical performance.

Alex’s approach to treatment is structurally based using a combination of manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises and education to help his patients achieve their ultimate health goals.  He has a special interest in treating sports-related injuries, neck pain and tendinopathies.

Outside of the treatment room, Alex enjoys weight training and getting onto the golf course.
